please have good thought/prayers for Anna's foster mother tomorrow

Today is the last full day her foster mother has with Anna. Please say a little prayer/good thoughts for her. I cannot imagine what she is going thru right now.

We meet Anna at Holt tomorrow at 11AM. We fly out of Incheon at 1140 on Wed.
We have been every where in Korea and went everywhere we wanted to go.
Korea is AMAZING. We are so in love with this beautiful country and the people who live here. Scott and I have a new found love for this country and are so PROUD our daughters were born here.

We went to the Palaces, Insadong shopping, a beautiful resort in the country, Lotte Mart, Reception Center, Korean war memorial, Ferry boat ride on the Han river, lots of Korean food, Seoul tower, boat ride with Scott trying to weight water board and subway riding! WOW we did so much! That is why I haven't blogged much. We were so tired from going places! I have so much to say. I will write some little by little on our experiences.

A funny story on me.... my first experience paying for breakfast. I tried giving her $70 for a $7 meal! Let's say we had a good laugh! :) Won's are a little different than USA money.

A funny story on Scott... Scott tried to weight board ski, well lets say he is like a freight train in the water! I give him credit, he tried 3 times before me telling him he was done. He couldn't get up and out of the water the boat pulled him and the water just barreled right over him, I couldn't help but ROLL with laughter! :)

We both had so many experiences here that has forever moved us. We LOVED talking to the kids here. They all knew a few english phrases and were telling Scott and I we were handsome/beautiful. Then we both told each other it and knew they were practicing! HAHA! It was so sweet to see a little kid come and say "hi my name is _____." We were surrounded with kids a lot. They were so friendly.

Seoul Tower was another favorite spot. The view of Seoul is amazing!!!
Just to think how HUGE Seoul is then there is ANOTHER city UNDER Seoul.. the subway!
Scott and I used the Subway a lot to travel. It was a lot of walking but Scott likes to navigate and it kept him "working". The subway is not too bad once you figure it out.

I will post some photos tomorrow once we get Anna.
My thoughts right now are with Anna's foster mother. My soul right now thinks of her.

here are some photos so far........

the Palaces...

shopping Scott found a metal helicopter. This is the guy who made it. :)

A beautiful store with a gorgeous ceramic artwork. We wanted to buy it and the shop owner said it was a special piece for her and not for sale :) so we took our photo by it.....
you can see it above our head..
