Heard a noise outside, hmmm sounds like...water?

UM YEP, it was WATER being turned on by ELLA! She was turing the water on and filling her "pool" up! Isaac was playing in the water and getting wet. They were so quiet except I could hear the water turn on. So I went outside to tell them not to turn the water on and play in it then decided...sure why not have some fun! :)
Sometimes I feel I am wound up too tight and don't let them get messy and have fun. SO I let loose and let them get wet and dirty!
