NO EP just quite yet...

NO EP yet but the group ahead of us was APPROVED this WEEK, YAHOO, which is wonderful news! Our date is NEXT! The groups are about 8 weeks out so on June 23 (12 days but who is counting?) is our week 8 and hopefully we will be approved before that date! We ARE getting closer to travel. I am guessing our call will be mid July now. I am finally at peace with it and getting excited to make my way around the World to pick up our daughter!
We have a busy weekend planned. My nephew Aiden celebrated his 2 year birthday yesterday but his BIG BASH is Saturday! I am also hoping my friend Georgiann comes and visits! BUSY is GOOD!! :)

My sweet ANGEL, soon you will be in my arms!!!!

A walk by the River...

We as a family like to go on walks. The kids are usually pretty happy and content on walks. We went by the river walk and walked along the nice river waves. Really peaceful.

The riverwalk has a nice kid playground, with lots of equipment for the kids to play on.

There are some ducks along the river but this time we didn't see them this time.

kiddos....

With this new camera Ella BLINKS all the time, so she opens her eyes so wide so she doesn't blink... so cute!

Scott and Chloe taking a rest!

Ella the "teacher" stick and all. She likes to play school!

Isaac mastering the "V" for VICTORY! :)

Walking and walking....

4th of July

Some thoughts and rambling....

4th Of July has always had a VERY importance factor to me and every American. With Scott deploying 3 times and supporting the troops it is near and dear to my heart. Last 4th of July Scott was in Iraq so we didn't get to celebrate, the year before he was already gone training for the deployment. So this marks 2 years of missing the holiday as a family. This year I thought for sure we would ALL be together.
I was REALLY PRAYING Anna would be with me celebrating the 4th of July and totally thought she would be, I bought her and Ella some cute outfits to wear together. As the month of June goes by and no EP, I am pretty sure she still will not be in my arms. :(
No one who has not been in my shoes can understand it. Only adoptive Mom's and Dad's can. When you can "see" the light at the end of the tunnel is when I will feel more at peace. I know we will be on a plane soon to Korea to meet the family who has been taking care of Anna for a whole year and meeting Anna will be forever life changing. I dream about that day.

SO with a travel call not in the near future, I am mailing Anna's 4th of July dress to Korea, with a note, hoping she can wear it on July 4th. :)

Ella's outfit is on the left, Anna's on the right....

I made this video for Ella after she came home.

Ella at OneTrueMedia.com

A video I made after Ella came home.

Not much happening on Sunday..

Really nothing happened today. Scott didn't feel well last night and it hit me today.
So we both are recovering. So glad it only lasts a bit. Haha!
I will leave you with a SWEET, SWEET photo of Anna and her Foster Mother. Her Foster Mother is holding a little doll I sent Anna.
Anna looks so cozy on her back. In Korea, Mother's wear the babies in a podegi. Our carrier was a life saver after Ella came home and I just bought a GIRLY-GIRL BECO for Anna! So excited to wear her too! Scott LOVED to wear Ella and is excited to wear Anna, we have a black plain ergo for him.

AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
PURE LOVE.
She looks so tiny!
